How to place an order at Farce & Attrape?
1 - Basket : Check the contents of your order. At this step, you can change the quantities and enter a promotional code.
2 - Customer information : Enter your personal information.
3 - Delivery: We offer you secure delivery.
4 - Payment: We offer several payment solutions, the choice is yours.
5 - Order confirmation : To be sure that your order has been recorded, you must reach this step. You will also receive a confirmation by e-mail or SMS (indicate your telephone number) with the reference of your order.
I'm unsure about the size of an item, what should I do?
We have implemented a size guide on all items in the store. If you are still hesitant after consulting it, contact our customer service directly, our team will be happy to help you quickly.
What are the processing times for an order?
The average processing time for an order is 48 hours .
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, when all products are available.
Delivery
What are the delivery times ?
Our delivery times to France and Europe:
Processing your order, making the products and delivery (free for orders over €30) requires our team to take 10 to 20 working days . We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
For orders under €30, delivery is available for only €4.90. In addition, we also offer a premium delivery option at €9.90 which covers the loss, theft or breakage of your order. Take advantage of these options to choose the one that suits you best!
How much is shipping ?
Delivery to our store depends on the amount of your order. If your order reaches €30 or more, delivery is free. For orders under €30, there is a delivery charge of €4.90.
In addition, we offer a premium delivery option at €9.90 which covers the loss, theft or breakage of your order. So, you have several choices depending on your needs and your budget.
How to track my order ?
Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive your order number:
- by SMS (if you provided your phone number)
- or by email
You will then just have to enter your order number in our tracking platform in order to follow the progress of your package.
⚠️ It may take 5-10 business days for your tracking information to update.
My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
If you have entered your order number into our tracking platform and it does not display any information, don't panic! It may take 5-10 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.
I ordered 3 items, why did I only receive 2?
If you placed an order with several items and you have already received half of your order without having received the other half, don't worry!
We work with several storage warehouses, and depending on your order, you may receive your items in several shipments.
I did not receive my order
First of all, make sure you have checked the status of your package in our tracking platform .

What payment methods do you accept?

When is my card charged after my order?
When we receive your order, the amount due will be debited within 24 hours of receipt.
My payment has been refused, what should I do?
First of all, start by checking the expiration date of your bank card. It is also possible that you have reached the limit of your bank card. In this case, do not hesitate to contact your bank for more information.
Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.
Return & Refund
The item I received does not suit me, what should I do?
If you wish to return your order or an item from it for X reasons, it is of course possible. We accept returns within 14 working days from the day we receive your order. Returned items must be in new condition, have never been worn or washed. We will inspect the items once we receive them*.
*We reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not meet the criteria mentioned above.

❌ All package returns made after the legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded by us. Thank you for your understanding.
What is your refund policy ?

Upon receipt of your return package, we analyze and inspect your items to verify their conformity.

No worries ! Our refund times are 7 to 14 days. If after 15 days you have still not received anything, please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to: info@farce-et-trape.fr .
