By placing an order on Farce & Attrape, you agree to the terms below. These terms are established to ensure mutual understanding and to set expectations regarding our service.

General

We strive to maintain an accurate inventory. However, stock discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of your purchase, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives, such as a hold for restocking or a voucher.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. These fees are finalized upon your purchase.

Returns

Terms of delivery

• Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment. A period of 24 hours is allowed to allow changes to the delivery address.

• Exceptional delays: Delivery may take up to 5 weeks in exceptional cases. If this deadline is exceeded, we will offer solutions such as returning your order at our expense, a gift voucher or a full refund of your order.

• Change of address: Changes to the delivery address are possible before sending the order.

• Shipping to PO Boxes and Military Addresses: These shipments are made via postal services only.

• Items out of stock and overdue delivery: You will be offered options such as waiting or a voucher.

A tracking link will be provided for you to track your order.

Packages damaged in transit

In the event of a damaged package, reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service at info@farce-et-trape.fr .

Rights and taxes

• Sales tax: Included in the price of goods.

• Import duties and taxes: Payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

Cancellations

Cancellations are possible before the order is shipped. Please review our refund policy for orders already shipped.

Insurance

• Insured packages: Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier.

• Damaged or lost packages: We will apply our Return and Refund policy.
